Do you work directly with insurance companies?

No, we are not set up to bill or work directly with insurance companies. However, we will provide you with a detailed receipt that includes our Tax ID number and the appropriate cranial prosthesis coding for insurance submission.

We also recommend obtaining a prescription from your physician for your cranial prosthesis. You can then submit the receipt, prescription, and any required insurance claim forms directly to your insurance provider for review and possible reimbursement.
